PROJECT LOCATION

Mumbai – Mumbai, often known as Bombay, is the state capital of Maharashtra in southwest India. It serves as the nation’s main port on the Arabian Sea and its financial and economic hub. Mumbai, is the most populous city in India and one of the biggest and densely inhabited metropolitan regions in the world, is situated on the coast of Maharashtra.

PROJECT GOAL

Promote a more sustainable and ever-present source of energy i.e., the Sun. To enable save the extra money being spent on traditional sources of energy.

PROJECT INTRODUCTION

The company was established with two main goals. The first was to help people lead a better life with a more sustainable and ever-present source of energy i.e., the Sun. The second was to enable them to save the extra money that is being spent on traditional sources of energy. The traditional source of electricity is mainly fossil fuel that are fast depleting and very harmful for the environment. The Minus CO2 aims to eliminate the harm being inflicted on the environment due to traditional sources of the electricity and introduce and spread awareness about good and sustainable sources of electricity to the people for the betterment of the environment.

DETAILS OF THE PROJECT

MinusCO2 works simultaneously on two fronts:

(a) Customer (clean-tech consumer)

Zero-investment model for customized solar plants.
Own & manage the asset for 10-15 years; then transfer at no additional cost.
Customer pays on a pay-per-use-basis.
Solar tariff 30-60% cheaper than grid.
Solar-Plus: one-stop shop to provide (solar + other) clean-tech solutions

(b) Impact Investing Partners

Customer payments create cash flows that realize healthy returns (14-15%).
Solar (& clean tech) assets generate financial AND environmental returns.
Impact investment in this asset class is attractive on the risk-return spectrum.
We on-board retail private investors to become Partners with us.
